The steps we take to ensure client satisfaction

Step 1

Initial visit - FREE pre-fitting survey and advice

What We Do

We will take your brief, discuss timescales and any special requirements, measure the floor space, carry out DPM testing, assess any potential problem areas and the preparation required. Should you require any advice we are always happy to help.

Step 2

Quote & Samples

What We Do

You will then receive a quote outlining the costs involved, your requirements in full and timescales to ensure that we meet your needs (no hidden costs.) If you have requested any flooring samples we will also include these.

Step 3

Agreement to undertake work

What We Do

Once you have appointed us to do the work we will talk to you and agree a date for the project to begin and a realistic deadline for completion.

Step 4

Final Sign Off

What We Do

After completing the job, we will thoroughly check that the final results are perfect and then ask you to make sure that you are completely happy before signing off the project. All projects are invoiced upon final sign off.
